27 drills. 3 levels. Foundation, Advanced, and Tricks — built for players who want to own the puck with confidence.
Reset progress
Confidence with the puck is a product of specific repetitions done in the right order. Each level builds the hands the next level demands. Check off each drill when you can do it eyes-up at game speed — that is the only standard that counts.
Your top hand controls. Your bottom hand supports the top hand. The Top-Hand Only drill builds top hand strength faster than any other drill. Run it every session, even after you advance.
Every move has a speed progression. Master the motion slowly and cleanly before adding speed. Fast and sloppy wires the wrong habit — you will have to un-learn it.
Gather information to track defenders and see passing lanes. In traffic you look just beyond your stick to see immediate threats. In open ice, you can look around more as you move. Do not stare at the puck. Slow down before you look down. Over time the speed will come.
The pickups, juggles, and windmill are not decoration. They build spatial awareness, soft hands, and the blade feel that makes all your other moves sharper.
Complete every drill eyes-up at game speed, with gloves on. Try to be smooth and efficient. This only comes through repetition.
Each drill card includes a video demonstration. Don't forget to subscribe to One Time Hockey on YouTube.
